Feed Me + Crystal Fighters = Awesome
How good is this track? Answer, very. It’s Feed Me & Crystal Fighters’ collaboration, Love Is All I Got, which comes out on November 19.
The track came about after Jon Gooch, AKA Feed Me, and the multi national, Basque influenced five-piece Crystal Fighters met whilst on the Parklife festival tour in Australia late 2011. After a few nights out together, they decided to get in the studio on their return to London, and thus Love Is All I Got was born. This will be the first single from Feed Me’s as yet untitled debut full length album which is due early 2013.
Love is All I Got received its first spin on ever-enthusiastic DJ Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show recently, as his ‘hottest record in the world’. Within 48 hours the song had had 140k plays on Youtube.
Crystal Fighters are currently recording their second album, which is due for release in Spring 2013. They will be playing a show in the UK, at London’s Koko, on May 23rd in 2013.
