The Naked and Famous Have Hearts

Plucked from the sophomore release of The Naked and Famous, In Rolling Waves, we find lead-single, Hearts Like Ours. The New Zealanders are bringing the goods again this time round, with a record that follows an incredible amount of success of Passive Me, Aggressive You which featured tracks that led to Gold and Platinum sales worldwide.

Hearts Like Ours has already been big-upped by the BBC’s Zane Lowe, so you know that it’s at least worth a few minutes of your time for a listen. The song has an 80’s influence with synths and drum machines, but the strength of this little number comes with Alisa Xayalith’s vocals.

In Rolling Waves is set to be released on September 19 and the band have European and USA tours following for the remainder of 2013. Keep up to date with the band in the meantime on their Facebook page.
