New Music: Toro Y Moi – Campo
Following the release of his successful record, Anything In Between, which came out earlier this year, Toro Y Moi returns with another chill tune. It’s somewhat less dancey than our favourite track from the previous album, Say That, but we can still lazily bop along to the smooth number.
The track is sure to be a hit when played in a live setting at his forthcoming gigs, which include an incredibly extensive American and Canadian leg in October and November. At the back end of the tour, Chazwick Bradley Bundick, to give him his rather outstanding birth name, will play a few dates Down Under at the turn of the year, where he’ll do a turn at Big Day Out.
