Premiere: Georgia Reed – Waiting For You To Run

We’re excited to kick off the week by exclusively bringing you the premiere of the new video from Perth’s Georgia Reed, ‘Waiting For You To Run’.

This debut single tells the story of two people denying the inevitable end of a relationship, with each one waiting for the other to run. Reed’s vocal draws influence from the likes of Florence Welch and Hayley Mary, while the the singer brings an individuality and identity to her sound, having served her musical apprenticeship across Perth’s bars and venues.

Fans of The Jezabels and Florence & The Machine will surely dig this number, which was produced by James Newhouse at Reel2Real Studios and Mastered by Grammy Award Winner William Bowden at King Willy Sound (Gotye, Little May, Empire Of The Sun, Children Collide).
