The Fabergettes EP Giveaway!
Sydney garage popsters The Fabergettes are launching their new EP ‘Big Bruiser’ this Friday. The quartet will headline FBi Radio’s inaugural Spring Prom at FBi Social in Kings Cross. Hooray! To celebrate, we’ve got a couple of vinyl copies of the EP to give away!
Anyone with their finger on the pulse of the Australian music scene should be well aware of the female-fronted, doo-wop-garage excellence that The Fabergettes purvey. Well, happily, their sophomore offering, ‘Big Bruiser’ continues to incorporate that familiar vintage twang with a tasty mix of punk and bubblegum.
Led by Nat Martin, a former choir-girl from Cuthbert & the Nightwalkers, and joined on stage by Bec Allen (Catcall), Brendan Walsh (Palms) and Nick Franklin (Atom Bombs), The Fabergettes are a live band not to be missed and their EP launch will offer the kinda trash-pash-party vibe for which they are known and loved.
So, if you’re in Sydney, fluff up your bobby-sox, starch your collars and head along to FBi Social this Friday September 13th for The Fabergettes’ EP Launch (with support from: Okin Osan, La Tarantella, Alaskan Knight (late set) +FBi DJs).
