Photos: Violent Soho live in Sydney

After a winning turn at the Laneway Festival, Brisbane act Violent Soho have been tearing the roof off many a venue around Australia throughout the month of May. Last week, we caught the first of their double-header at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre, where they belted out familiar favourites along with tunes from their new album WACO.

It was one of those occasions where you had to arrive at the opening of doors or forever bemoan the fact that you missed a killer line-up which included three mouth-watering support acts. Gooch Palms, DZ Deathrays and Dune Rats are all fricken ace, so to have them all on the same bill in support of Violent Soho was amazing.
