Getting To Know Kate Bollinger 

Rising Virginia-based musician Kate Bollinger has dropped her new EP, Look at it in the Light. We asked her to tell us about herself:

I am… Kate Bollinger, a singer-songwriter from Virginia. 

Look at it in the Light is… my most recent EP, a group of songs that are all in some way or another about growing up. 

Home is… Virginia. I’m moving away soon, but I will always love and appreciate all of the years that I spent here. It is a truly special place with so many great people. I consider Look at it in the Light to be a sort of goodbye Virginia (for now) project. 

I spend too much time… ruminating on things that have already happened, changing my clothes.

I’ve never… seen Titanic 🙁

The last couple of years have been… difficult to process. Good and also terrible (depending on the day)!
