PENNYWISE & MILLENCOLIN ANNOUNCE HUGE 2025 AUSTRALIAN TOUR

Two of punk rock’s all-time greats, PENNYWISE and MILLENCOLIN, are set to ignite Australian stages in February and March 2025, bringing their explosive energy to both metro and regional venues. This massive co-headline tour kicks off on Saturday 22 February in Wollongong, before hitting Newcastle, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, and wrapping up on Friday 7 March in Perth. Support comes from melodic punk rock Queenslanders, FAKE NEWS.
PENNYWISE – A Legacy of Punk Rebellion
Synonymous with raw intensity and thought-provoking lyricism, PENNYWISE have been a cornerstone of punk since erupting from Hermosa Beach, California in the early ‘90s. Their self-titled debut in 1991 set the stage for a career defined by anthemic punk rock, DIY spirit, and an unrelenting live presence. Known for iconic tracks like Bro Hymn and Fuck Authority, they fuse hardcore, skate punk, and SoCal energy, embodying the essence of rebellion.
With 12 studio albums, including the Gold-certified classics About Time (1995), Full Circle (1997), and Straight Ahead (1999), PENNYWISE have consistently pushed boundaries while staying true to their roots. Over the years, they’ve played countless festivals and sold-out tours, sharing stages with the biggest names in punk. Fresh from touring North America with Dropkick Murphys and a killer set at Good Things Festival 2023, they’re primed to bring their high-energy, no-holds-barred show back to Australia.
MILLENCOLIN – Swedish Punk Royalty
For over 30 years, MILLENCOLIN have been one of Europe’s most beloved punk exports, maintaining their original lineup since forming in 1992. Their debut album Tiny Tunes (1994) put them on the map, but it was 2000’s Pennybridge Pioneers that catapulted them to international fame. Featuring hits like No Cigar—immortalized on the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 soundtrack—and Penguins & Polarbears, the album cemented their place in punk history, earning ARIA Platinum certification.
From Warped Tour and Soundwave Festival to Big Day Out and sold-out global tours, MILLENCOLIN have played thousands of shows alongside legends like Bad Religion and The Offspring. Never ones to slow down, their most recent album, SOS (2019), blends their signature melodic punk with politically charged themes, proving their staying power in an ever-evolving scene. Aussie fans last caught them at Good Things Festival 2022, and now they’re back for what promises to be one of 2025’s biggest punk tours.
