Another New Years (Fuckin Fireworks)

There’s no avoiding it. It’s almost New Year’s Eve. Otherwise known as the crappiest night out of the year. A night where amateurs hit the town and make the lines at bars ten times as long. Where people who usually wouldn’t wee on you were you on fire want to hug and kiss you. Where you have an entirely average night and still wake up with a hangover the size of Russia. Sigh.

Still, if we’re looking for positives, then at least the occasion has prompted SPOD and Matt Banham to come up with a song about the depressing wonder that is New Year’s Eve.
