New Tune: Bonjah, Blue Tone Black Heart
Today’s new tune for you is a thigh-slapper from Australian outfit Bonjah. They’re rock-n-rollers from Melbourne that gained a significant amount of hype after the released this funky cover of Lorde’s track Royals on Triple J’s program ‘Like A Version’.
Their track Blue Tone Black Heart is a hook-laden number with rich, bluesy vocals from frontman Glenn Mossop. It’d delight fans of The Beautiful Girls or perhaps Blue King Brown.
Having received multiple nominations for awards like APRA, Rolling Stone & AIR awards within Australia, Bonjah are carving a solid reputation for themselves within their homeland and beyond.
