Interview: Getting to know LamBros
Brothers Connor and Harry Lambrou merge rock, folk, blues, soul and funk. We asked them to tell us about themselves:
We are… brothers, musicians, electricians, friends, independent, multicultural, passionate and always having a laugh.
2026 has so far been… exciting, good-stressful and the start of something big. We can feel it.
Our new single/album/tour is… happening right now! Our single, “You Won’t Call” is out and is being so wonderfully received (thank you!), our tour has kicked off with a bang, and we are so keen to keep the good times rolling! The EP is coming this year, and we couldn’t be happier with how things are shaping up!
Home is… physically, the Northern Beaches, but spiritually, wherever the family is or chooses to be. With ties back to Greece and Cyprus, and family all across Australia and the globe, we feel connected to many places, but we grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and it will forever feel like home to us.
We spend too much time… worrying about making things perfect when perfect doesn’t exist! Because we self-produce and record our tracks, it gives us an amazing amount of freedom and time to make things juuuust right, but without discipline, it’s easy to take it too far!
We never… give up on ourselves, and (try to) never forget why we make music in the first place, for the love of it. There is nothing that gets us more pumped, excited, and buzzing than enjoying and creating music.
