We love a good exclusive here at somethingyousaid.com. So we’re delighted – a day early – to sneak the awesome, brand spanking new single from Melbourne band Vaudeville Smash into your ears. You won’t hear it anywhere else today.

It’s been a great 2013 for the band. Named by Inpress Magazine as one of the “Top 13 Bands To Watch in 2013”, they’ve certainly been busy bunnies. They once again hit up Austin for SXSW to play seven (seven!) ace shows before heading to Toronto for Canadian Music Week and then on to New York for two more gigs. Then they released their debut album Dancing For The Girl in early May before heading off to play in Singapore, then back to home shores for a bunch of album launch shows. Then, the jetsetting band headed off for five dates in Japan including the Sapporo Jazz Festival.

Seemingly never happy unless they are on tour, they’ve got a couple of dates coming up in Australia soon. You can find them at The Beresford in Sydney on Saturday for FREE, and then on November 1st they are at Northcote Social Club in Melbs for the launch of their brand new EP, V-Grade Horror. Supporting them on the night will be Animaux, The Red Lights and DJ Mimi Velevska.
