Discovered at Marble Bar – Vote now!

This year’s edition of Discovered at Marble Bar is well underway and the time has come to vote for your favourite act. What’s Discovered? It’s a social media-driven competition, in which live bands/performers have been uploading their demos through Marble Bar’s Facebook page in the hope of winning the coveted prize of a two-month residency worth a cool $10,000 at Sydney’s iconic Marble Bar. Nova & the Experience, pictured above, won last year’s competition. Now’s your chance to influence who is victorious this time round.

The top five acts, selected by the public’s vote, will be given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to battle it out live at a finale showcase to be held at Marble Bar on Wednesday 25th March, in front of a team of expert judges, including Rolling Stone Australia editor Rod Yates, Heath Bradby, Head of A&R at Warner Music Australia, theMusic.com.au’s Digital Editor, Sally Hurley and celebrity and singer/songwriter and winner of the X-Factor 2011, Reece Mastin.

In addition to the panel of judges, bands will perform in front of a selection of VIP industry and media. The winner will then be selected by the public’s vote in conjunction with that of our team of expert judges. The victorious act will win a two-month residency playing every Wednesday night at Marble Bar from April.
