The Gantry does Mercedes Benz Fashion Week
So we totally got invited to abso-bloody-lutely every show at this year’s farshun week in Sydney. See you in the front row? Lol, jk, we didn’t get invited to anything, so we’re having to find an alternative venue to catch all of the goings-on. We’re pretty sure you’re in the same boat as us.
If you are, then you can do worse than head to The Gantry Restaurant & Bar at Pier One. The bar will have an exclusive live stream to all of the MBFW shows, so you can catch the action live whilst enjoying exclusive Fashion Week cocktails from Bar Manager Ben Taouss. He has designed fashion inspired cocktails and smoothies including the Make & Model (pictured) and Gum Slinger (see full list below). Cocktails and smoothies are available all day at the bar, while the exclusive Fashion Week menu – which includes Tuna Tacos – is available from midday to late.
Pier One Hotel Sydney Harbour is the official hotel for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, so there is a good chance you’ll see a few celebs and models if you hang out there for long enough.

Fair Trade Quinoa Vodka is shaken hard with white chocolate liqueur, fresh raspberries and served with a small taste of Australia. Garnished with a lamington slice on the side
Gum Slinger $18
House made ginger beer with Australian botanicals inc gum leaves and finished with lime juice and rum
Seafoam Green $10
The Gantry’s health focused green smoothie with apples, parsley, mint, ginger and organic mesquite powder – the colour of the signature Mercedes Benz.
Go Fig-ure $11
The original aphrodisiac of morning smoothies. Contains organic honey, Austral figs, Yakult and bio dynamic yoghurt
