Getting to Know Peta & The Wolves

Peta & The Wolves sings, plays keys, and writes and produces her own electronic music. She’s just simultaneously dropped two new tracks, ‘Verbal Wars’ and ‘Snow’. We asked her to tell us about herself:

Peta & The Wolves is a hybrid of Australian/Scandanavian influences, electronic, ethereal, secretly disguised ballads.

“Verbal Wars” and “Snow” are episodes 1 & 2 of Peta and the Wolves: The paradox of extremes… Beauty and pain….. with extreme pain, comes greater appreciation of extreme beauty. Caution: Do not try this at home.

My upcoming debut EP will reflect more beauty…. pain…. beauty…. pain.

I spend too much time analysing the lyrics to my songs…. nobody understands my articulation anyway…. please look up the lyrics ‘cos it took me a bloody long time to write and edit a hundred times.

I find little dogs a little scary.

It might surprise people to learn that I don’t like standing in queues.

In the future (near future – before I’m an old aged pensioner) I would like to release episodes 3, 4, 5 & 6 of Peta and the Wolves.
