Our top ten tunes of the week – March 27

1. Fat White Family – Tastes Good With The Money
Following the recent announcement of their third album, Serfs Up!, Fat White Family have shared the video to ‘Tastes Good With The Money’, a Monty Python-inspired clip directed by Roisin Murphy.
2. These New Puritans – Where The Trees Are On Fire
This song is lifted from the band’s acclaimed new album, Inside The Rose.
3. Girl in Red – I Need to be Alone
Norway’s young revelation, Marie Ulven has dropped a new track, which is lifted off her upcoming EP, titled chapter 2, released later this year.
4. Vampire Weekend – Sunflower
Vampire Weekend’s rumoured collaboration with Jonah Hill has surfaced in the form of the brand new video.
5. Rainbow Chan – Love Isn’t Easy
Taking equal inspiration from her 2016 debut album Spacings and her side projects Chunyin and DIN (with Alex Ward), “Love Isn’t Easy” blends Rainbow’s club and pop influences into one.
6. MorMor – Outside
The singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist, aka 26-year-old Seth Nyquist, has shared a new single.
7. FRANCO – Money Over Matter
This is musical project from vocalist Natalie Slade and producer and percussionist Plutonic Lab. The duo’s self titled EP will drop Friday March 29th.
8. The Laurels – Monkey On My Back
This is the first single taken from the band’s upcoming third album. They will be launching the single on April 5th at Marrickville Bowling Club in Sydney.
9. POND – Ray of Light
After the release of their critically-acclaimed album Tasmania, the band have recorded their first ever Like A Version.
10. Paul Mac – Cataplexy
This is the first taste of his forthcoming album, Mesmerism.
