Our top ten tunes of the week – February 24

These are the songs that have been on constant rotation in our office over the past seven days:

1. Porridge Radio – Back To The Radio 

The Brighton act are set to release their much-anticipated new album Waterslide, Diving Board, Ladder To The Sky on May 20th. We can’t wait!

2. Future Islands – King of Sweden

Following the success of their 2020 album, As Long As You Are, and one-off single, Peach, the Baltimore quartet have dropped their new single.

3. Winston Surfshirt – There’s Only One Feat. Genesis Owusu

Continuing on their run of collabs, this time the boys link up with newly crowned 2021 triple j Album of the Year award winner Genesis Owusu for this disco-funk leaning tune.

4. Kindsight – Hi Life

The Danish indie-rock act’s debut album, Swedish Punk, set to be released on March 25th. Here’s the third and final single from it.

5. Jaguar Jonze – Little Fires

The video music video for Jaguar Jonze’s Eurovision entry, which she directed, produced and edited, sees her tied in Shibari, an ancient form of artistic Japanese rope art.

6. Tilly Valentine – Thinking of You (Déjà Vu) 

Of the song, the UK artist says: “Sometimes your subconscious just can’t let someone go, and your dreams keep taking you where you’ve been before.” 

7. Daniel Mist – Walk

This new single is taken from Daniel’s second EP which will be released on February 25th.

8. Hollie Col – Seasick 

The Sydney artist has dropped a new clip and single.

9. Ava Kay – Go 

Here’s the latest single from the Canadian singer-songwriter and composer.

10. Jet City Sports Club – She Don’t Need No One
