1. Self Esteem – Focus Is Power
Rebecca Lucy Taylor has revealed that her eagerly anticipated new album, A Complicated Woman, is due for release on 25th April. Here’s the first taste.
2. Das Koolies – Som Bom Magnifico
The former Super Furry Animals release their second album, Pando, in May.
3. Jeffrey Lewis – Sometimes Life Hits You
Jeffrey Lewis & The Voltage tour the UK and Europe in April and May.
4. Hachiku – Fun For Everyone
Here’s the new single from the Naarm/Melbourne-via-Germany-via-Detroit indie-rock/alt-popster Anika Ostendorf. It comes from her incoming new album, The Joys of Being Pure at Heart, out in February.
5. The Jungle Giants – Hold My Hand
The band are back and are touring around Australia in April. Starting in Sydney, they then head to Newcastle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and finish up in Brunswick Heads.
6. Penelope Trappes – Red Dove
On April 4th, the Brighton-based Australian vocalist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist will release her fifth full-length album, A Requiem.
7. CJ Wiley – Don’t Die Charlie
The rising non-binary Canadian singer-songwriter is gearing up for the release of their debut album, So Brand New, on February 28th.
8. Filiah & welovemelodies – Atlas
The Austrian indie-folk artist returns to music after a two-year creative hiatus.
9. Matt Maltese – Anytime, Anyplace, Anyhow
The British-Canadian artist has dropped his first new music of 2025.
10. Polly Paulusma – Mary Louise
Wildfires, the sixth studio album from the English singer-songwriter, is out on February 28th.
