Interview: Getting to know EMELINE
Los Angeles-via-Rhode Island artist, songwriter and producer EMELINE has unveiled new track, Emotional Virgin, and will share her debut album in 2026. We asked her to tell us about herself:
I am… an Emotional Virgin.
2025 has so far been… a devotion to self. I’ve made the music of my dreams this year and I can’t wait for you to hear it.
My single ‘Emotional Virgin’ is… my first love song. I wanted to dedicate it to my late girlfriend, Claire, for loving with such a pure heart. She made me feel like a kid with a crush and I think you can hear that in this song.
Home is… where I feel safe to write a song.
I spend too much time… editing tiktoks. I have to do it as an artist but I often dream of the day that I don’t have to.
I’ve never… toured outside of North America (yet!) I’m in the middle of planning some things 🙂
