Video Premiere: Tin Lion, Whatever Works

Today we’re excited to premiere the new video from Collingwood-based musician, Jesse Fultone, otherwise known as Tin Lion. Originally from Western Australia, the artist is set to release an EP entitled “Secrets”, from which this new track, Whatever Works, is taken.

The song nods to the likes of LCD Soundsystem and Talking Heads and demands high levels of hip-swaying, head-nodding and foot-tapping with its bass groove, squidgy synths and dance-rock vibes.

In case you aren’t aware of Tin Lion, here is the history lesson… Having played in numerous bands over the years, including Flux Capacitor and The Maples, Jesse now produces and performs as Tin Lion and has supported artists such as Oliver Tank, Harts, The Aston Shuffle and a little known New Zealand act by the name of Lorde.

You’ll be able to catch Tin Lion as a four-piece live experience soon, where drums, bass, guitar and full time percussion will recreate the Tin Lion sound in a distinctly ‘dance punk’ way. Keep up to date with all the latest news on Facebook.

“Whatever Works” will be released 7th August 2015
