Mixtape: Check out Le1f’s Tree House

Here at somethingyousaid.com, we love the shit out of an awesome mixtape, so when we discovered that Le1f had created another offering, we were pant-wettingly excited. Le1f’s third mixtape, Tree House, is the bomb, and once again proves the Manhattan-based producer/rapper to be the real deal.

In case you’re not in the know, Le1f originally studied ballet and modern dance, gaining himself a degree in dance along the way, before returning to the city to become a rapper. Not your average career trajectory, but then, he’s not your average artist.

Anyhoo, after a fine turn at the Afropunk Festival, Le1f announced that he’s taking his ‘Tree House Party’ tour downunder. His third Australian tour this year (!) will see him performing at both Meredith & Subsonic Music Festivals as well as gigs in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth.
