Our top ten tunes of the week – October 3

These are the ten songs that have been floating our boat over the past seven days:

1. Holiday Sidewinder – Kokomo

Ahead of her highly-anticipated album release this week (which we will be interviewing her about very soon – stay tuned), Holiday dropped this delicious cover.

2. Atalein – Mirror

Melbourne-based electronic artist Atalein is back with a new single. To celebrate the release, she is throwing a special Halloween party alongside Analogue Sunset, October 31st upstairs at the Gasometer Hotel.

3. Art Brut – Your Enemies Are My Enemies Too

Eddie Argos, comedy legend Tony Slattery, Helen Love, and Michael Legge star in the video for this new single.

4. Cathedral Bells – Heavy Rain

Of the song, the band’s Matt Messore said, “Sometimes loneliness can feel like it’s raining down on you and there’s such a storm of emotion, you wonder if anyone can understand.”
