Interview: Getting to know Ridzyray
Wemba-Wemba MC Ridzyray has released a nice track, Keep Ya Head Up. We asked him to tell us about himself:
I am… Ridzyray. I’m a proud Wemba Wemba man. I’m always stressing over pointless things. I’m still trying to figure out the meaning of life, I rap sometimes, I think I’m pretty cool, people say I’m weird but in a good way, whatever that means, I guess it’s a compliment. I’m now thinking about the meaning of life again so I’ll leave it at that.
2023 has so far been… bonkers, absolutely bonkers. It’s flown by, haven’t even processed it to be honest, had some ups and downs but overall I can say that I’ve enjoyed it so far.
My upcoming Workers Club show will be… the absolute Grouse, lineup is jam packed with all the best up and coming talent the state has to offer, not to be missed.
Home is… the 5th dimension.
I spend too much time… in the 4th dimension.
I’ve never… found the meaning of life.
