Enter Shikari announce Australia tour

UK genre-defying heavyweights Enter Shikari are officially returning to Australia this May for a massive national headline run, bringing special guest Grandson along for the ride.

For over two decades, Enter Shikari have occupied a space entirely their own. Blending post-hardcore chaos, electronic experimentation, politically charged lyricism and arena-sized hooks, the St Albans outfit have built one of the most fiercely dedicated fanbases in modern heavy music. Since emerging in the early 2000s, the band have continually evolved without ever losing the urgency and unpredictability that made them so exciting in the first place.

From early classics like Take To The Skies and Common Dreads through to more recent releases including A Kiss For The Whole World and surprise 2026 album Lose Your Self, Enter Shikari have consistently pushed beyond genre boundaries while tackling everything from climate change and political unrest to mental health and personal growth.

Renowned for their explosive live performances, the band’s Australian return follows multiple sold out tours, festival appearances and a triumphant run at Knotfest Australia in 2025. Their live reputation has only continued to grow with time, balancing euphoric electronic moments, crushing breakdowns and Rou Reynolds’ unmistakable stage presence into something genuinely unique.

Joining them on the run is outspoken genre-blurring artist Grandson, whose fusion of alternative rock, hip hop, punk and socially conscious songwriting makes him a fitting addition to the tour. Known for high-energy live sets and politically charged anthems, Grandson has quickly become one of alternative music’s most compelling modern voices.

The tour kicks off in Fremantle before heading through Adelaide, Melbourne, Frankston, Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane and Coolum.
