Interview: Getting to Know GRAE

Toronto-based singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist GRAE has just shared her new single, Room in the Desert. We asked her to tell us about herself:

I am… GRAE, an indie musician from Toronto, Canada.

Room In The Desert is… my latest single that I created with my producer Connor Siedel and writing partner Willa Milner. I had a lot of fun writing it, and I gave myself the creative freedom to do something a bit weird and not to worry about anything other than the song itself. So I just had fun with the process, and I’m really proud of the song and that it’s finally out!

Home is… wherever I feel the most safe.

I spend too much time… thinking about ways to meet Robert Smith.

I’ve never… met Robert Smith.

It might surprise people to learn that… I’ve never seen The Cure in concert </3
