Violent Soho set for Aussie tour

If you’ve been missing loud guitars, sweaty crowds, and the kind of energy only an Aussie pub-rock crowd can deliver, Violent Soho have you covered. The Brisbane legends are heading back on tour this September, bringing their signature mix of fuzzed-out riffs, punchy hooks, and cathartic chaos to stages across the east coast with an all-star Aussie lineup.
For anyone new to the band, Violent Soho built their name on raw, no-frills rock that feels both nostalgic and completely their own. Breaking through with their self-titled record and going on to define an era with Hungry Ghost and WACO, they’ve delivered some of Australia’s most enduring alt-rock anthems. Songs like “Covered in Chrome” and “Like Soda” aren’t just fan favourites – they’re practically rites of passage at this point.
They’re not coming alone, either. Joining them on the road are Beddy Rays, bringing their sun-soaked, feel-good indie rock vibes that have been winning over crowds around the country.
Also on the bill are Teenage Joans, whose punchy, high-energy sets and sharp songwriting have made them one of the most exciting new acts in Australia. Rounding out the lineup is Secret World, bringing some energetic hardcore vibes to an already stacked lineup.
All up, it’s shaping up to be one of those tours that reminds you why live music hits different. Don’t sit on this one.
