We asked Melbourne electro-soul multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and award-winning performer Tanya George to tell us about herself:
I am… a full time singer songwriter musician, the world’s best hugger who always shows up for people and loves everyone a lot!
2026 has so far been… the best year of my life. I feel like I really know myself, I’m really grounded and I am in the best place I’ve ever been in. I am so glad I waited before fully releasing my album because I now feel so confident and ready. It feels great to be in the right energy.

Home is… my Grandma’s house, nothing beats her house or having a mattress in the car and just sleeping in there ha!
I spend too much time… people pleasing, stressing about the future and things I cannot control so I have learnt to let go.
I’ve never… gone bungee jumping or jumped out of a plane, don’t think I will!
